ERF was founded on almost 20 years’ experience in financial services and has quickly developed an established and trusted brand. We’re independent, planning-led and fixed-fee, with a simple philosophy: plan first, then product.
For our self-employed roles, we offer the opportunity to build your own client base and income while working under the established ERF brand, supported by an equally well-established adviser network and infrastructure.
Current Opportunities
Self-Employed Financial Planner
We’re looking for an experienced Financial Planner who would like to build their own business under the Ella Rose Financial brand.
This is a self-employed role with a generous fee-sharing arrangement, giving you the opportunity to benefit directly from the business you build while avoiding many of the challenges and costs associated with starting completely from scratch.
You’ll have the independence and flexibility of being self-employed, alongside the credibility of an established brand, regulatory and network infrastructure, systems and support.
We’re particularly interested in planners who share our belief that great financial advice starts with understanding the client and building a proper financial plan – not selling products.
There is plenty of scope to grow the role, and we’re open to talking to the right person about what that could look like.
Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser
We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join ERF on a self-employed basis with a generous fee-sharing arrangement.
This is an opportunity to develop your own mortgage business while working under the established Ella Rose Financial brand and benefiting from the wider relationships and opportunities created by a growing financial planning firm.
You’ll have the freedom of self-employment without having to build everything alone, with an established brand, adviser network, infrastructure and wider team around you.
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious and personable, but above all someone who shares our approach to looking after clients properly and building long-term relationships.
Future Opportunities
Trainee Financial Planner
As ERF continues to grow, we expect to recruit another Trainee Financial Planner in the future.
Please note, this is not currently an active vacancy and we do not expect to recruit for this role within the next 9-12 months.
However, we’re always interested in hearing from people considering a career in financial planning who feel that ERF could be the right fit for them.
